Právní úprava nájemní smlouvy dle občanského zákoníku a zákona o nájmu a podnájmu nebytových prostor. Náležitosti nájemní smlouvy. Právní vztah pronajímatele a nájemce. Účetní a daňové aspekty pronájmu nebytových prostor. Praktická alikace nájemní smlouvy.

Legal regulations of lease contract according to Civil code and Code about lease and sublease of non-residential rooms. Essential elements of lease contract. Legal relationship between rentor and renterer. Account and tax aspects of lease. Practical application of lease.
