Abstract:
Bakala.ska prace je zame..ena na asymetricky dimethylarginin a jeho roli v ateroskleroze. Prace se ve.nuje vy.znamu a vlastnostem asymetricke.ho dimethylargininu, popisu aterosklerozy a nasledne. propojeni asymetricke.ho dimethylargininu s aterosklerozou. V posledni .asti prace jsou popsany nej.aste.js.i metody stanoveni asymetrickeho dimethylargininu.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis is focused on asymmetric dimethylarginine and its role in atherosclerosis. The work deals with the importance and properties of asymmetric dimethylarginine, description of atherosclerosis and consequently the connection of asymmetric dimethylarginine with atherosclerosis. The last part describes the most common methods of determination of asymmetric dimethylarginine.
