The issue of the use of castle buildings in the districts of Most and Teplice in the years 1945-1989.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku využití a fungování zámeckých budov v okresech Most a Teplice v období od konce druhé světové války do roku 1989. Informace o využití zámeckých budov jsou získány prostřednictvím studia odborné literatury a archivního průzkumu, který se zaměřuje zejména na prameny z daného historického období. Jádrem práce bude zachycení proměn funkcí jednotlivých zámeckých objektů a forem jejich využití od roku 1945 až po současnost, kdy budou zachyceny jejich osudy v kontextu tzv. "moderních" dějin. Jednotlivé objekty jsou v bakalářské práci řazeny s ohledem na lokaci (okres), v níž se nacházejí. Práce tím usiluje o vytvoření celistvého obrazu konkrétních stavebních památek, neboť přináší nejen jejich stručnou charakteristiku z hlediska administrativního uspořádání, ale i z hlediska geografických informací a historického vývoje. Součástí práce jsou také specializované mapy, které přesněji zachycují proměny lokalit a zároveň sledují zachování těchto zámeckých budov jako kulturních památek. Zohledňuje se i skutečnost, že mnohé z těchto objektů již zanikly v průběhu sledovaného období v důsledku těžební činnosti nebo změny funkce stavby. Práce tak přispívá k dokumentaci jejich historie a vývoje.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis focuses on the issue of the use and function of castle buildings in the districts of Most and Teplice in the period from the end of the Second World War to 1989. Information on the use of castle buildings is obtained through the study of academic literature and archival research, which focuses mainly on sources from the given historical period. The goal of the work is to capture of changes in the functions of individual castle objects and forms of their use from 1945 to the present when their fates will be captured in the context of so-called "modern" history. Individual objects are sorted in the bachelor's thesis with regard to the location (district) in which they are located. The work thus strives to create a complete picture of specific building monuments, as it provides not only their brief characteristics from the point of view of administrative organization, but also from the point of view of geographical information and historical development. The work also includes specialized maps that more accurately capture changes in locations and at the same time monitor the preservation of these castle buildings as cultural monuments. The fact that many of these objects have already disappeared during the monitored period as a result of mining activity or a change in the function of the building is also taken into account. The work thus contributes to the documentation of their history and development.
