Bakalářská práce se zabývá monitoringem síťové infrastruktury pomocí protokolu SNMP a platformy .NET. V práci je popsán princip SNMP protokolu a jeho možné použití pro monitorování aktivních prvků Cisco. Monitorovanými zařízeními jsou přepínače Cisco Catalyst.
