Hlavní oblastí zájmu diplomové práce je transakce nazývaná "Páková akvizice" (Leveraged acquisition). Cílem je poskytnout detailní přehled o těchto transakcích počínaje od historie, klíčových účastníků transakcí přes financování akvizic, trhu akvizic a jeho současných trendů až po analýzu fiktivní transakce s použitím pokročilého finančního modelu. Main interest of this diploma thesis is a transaction known as leveraged acquisition.
