Abstract:

Cílem tohoto výzkumu je zjistit, proč tam jsou vstupenky mis-přiřazen v procesu řízení incidentů (IMP) společnosti XYZ čas od času, které způsobují obrovské zpoždění při řešení těchto incidentů a působit společnost platit vysoké pokuty za porušení úroveň služeb souhlasil. To bylo provedeno analýzou, jak se tento proces provádí, a kde mohou být mezery. Především zkoumají, jak tyto překážky mohou být zlepšeny a optimalizovány tak, aby dosáhnout velkých výhod procesu do společnosti i zákazníka. Přezkoumání literatura byla poprvé provedena získat velké pochopení IMP obecně. Poté, kvalitativní a kvantitativní metody byly použity k analýze příčinu vstupenky na mis-přiřazena. Výsledky této studie ukazuje, 3 hlavní problémy, jako hlavní příčinu vstupenek mis-přidělen které jsou lidé, dokumentace a nástroje používají optimalizaci IMP může být určena jeho schopnosti snižovat počet opakujících se incidentů a zkrácení incidentu rozlišení životního cyklu.

Abstract:

The aim of this research is to investigate why there are mis-assigned tickets in the incident management process (IMP) of XYZ company from time to time which are causing huge delays in resolving those incidents and causing the company to pay hefty fines for breach of service level agreed. This was done by analysing how the process is performed and where the loopholes might be. Above all, scrutinize how these bottlenecks can be improved and optimized to achieve great benefits of the process to both the company and the customer. The literature review was first done to gain a great understanding of the IMP in general. After, the qualitative and quantitative methods were used to analyse the root cause of the mis-assigned tickets. The results of this study reveals 3 main problems as the root cause of the mis-assigned tickets which are people, documentation and tools used The optimization of the IMP can be determined by its ability to decrease the number of recurring incidents and the shortening of incident resolution lifecycle.
