Histology a Histopathology of the Skin in relation to the Topography of Human Body

Abstract:

Práce je zaměřena na seznámení s metodikou a principy zpracování histologického materiálu od odběru po zhotovení preparátu určeného k odečtení lékařem. Teoretická část práce obsahuje anatomii a histologii kůže, bez kterých není možné pozdější hodnocení jak histologických rozdílů normální kůže z hlediska topografie, tak patologických procesů. Praktická část práce se zabývá základy histologické techniky, jako je příprava tkáňových bločků, řezání preparátů na mikrotomu, základní a speciální histologické barvení vhodné pro znázornění struktur kůže, jejich hodnocení a dokumentaci. V neposlední řadě je v práci uveden seznam zpracovaných vzorků, tabulkové i grafické vyhodnocení výsledků a fotodokumentace. V práci se věnuji také porovnání výsledků mé práce s jinými literárními údaji. Značná část práce je věnována patologii kůže, která je velmi rozsáhlým problémem. Z důvodu nespecifikovaného zadání v oblasti patologie kůže, jsem se rozhodla práci zaměřit na oblast nezánětlivých změn. Mé rozhodnutí vyplývalo ze zjištění, že většina zánětlivých procesů bývá řešena dermatologem bez potřeby histologického vyšetření. Histologické vyšetření kůže se stává stále nezbytnější složkou vyšetřovacího postupu v dermatologii. Problematika histopatologie kůže je velmi složitá a při jejím řešení může obstát dermatolog úzce spolupracující s patologickým anatomem.

Abstract:

The purpose of this graduation thesis is to meet with methodology and principle of the manipulation with histological material, from its withdrawal to making preparation that is intended for subduction of the results by the doctor. The theoretical part contains skin anatomy and histology, without those is impossible confrontation the normal skin histological differences in the light of topography and pathological processes. The practical part is engage in the principles of histological technique, e.g. preparing tissue blocks, cutting preparations on mikrotom, basic and special histological stains, those are suitable for the skin texture ilustration, evaluation and documentation. Last but not least there are the list of processed material, tabular and graphic interpretation of the results and photodocumentation at my thesis. I also compared results of my work with the others literary statements. The large part of the thesis is apply to the pathology of skin, which is the expansive problem. For the reasons of unspecified tasks in the skin pathology, I decided to concentre this thesis on the sphere of uninflammatory changes. My resolution ensued from my snnaping, that most of the inflammatory changes are solved by the dermatologists without need of the histological investigation. The skin histological investigation becomes more and more necessary component of the investigative techniques. The problems of the skin histopathology are very complicated and succeed in the solutions to these questions can be the one dermatologist, who closely cooperate with the pathological anatomist.
