Subtelomerové delece jako příčina idiopatických mentálních retardací

Abstract:
Tato práce pojednává subtelomerových delecích, které způsobují idiopatickou mentální retardaci. Věnuje se také metodě MLPA, kterou se dají tyto delece detekovat.
Abstract:
This work is about subtelomeric deletions, which are reponsible for an idiopatic mental retardation. It describes also method MLPA, which is used to detect this deletions.
