Internal logistics of a gastronomic facility
Abstract:
První a druhá kapitola obsahuje pojmy, které tvoří terminologický a informační základ pro tuto práci. Následuje představení restaurace a jejího chodu včetně swot analýzy. Ve čtvrté kapitole jsou znázorněny jednotlivé činnosti probíhající v restauraci a schéma přípravy a výdeje poledního menu včetně Ganttova diagramu. Pátá kapitola obsahuje konkrétní návrhy na zlepšení současného stavu restaurace.
Abstract:
The first and second parts contain of concepts that form the terminological and informational basis for this work. Ensue is the restaurant's introduction and her operation, including swot analysis.The fourth part shows how the individual activities take place in the restaurant, and the diagram of preparation and delivery of the lunch menu, include the Gantt diagram.
