Business plan: Event agency targeting at international customer base

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je zpracování podrobného podnikatelského plánu pro eventovou agenturu sídlící v Praze, avšak cílící nejen na českou klientelu. Důvodem vytvoření tohoto projektu je ucelení koncepce vznikající firmy a zjištění výnosnosti a realizovatelnosti celého záměru. Struktura business plánu je popsána v teoretické části, kde autor využije několik odborných knižních zdrojů, zabývajících se touto problematikou. V praktické části se nachází konkrétní podnikatelský plán, vycházející z poznatků načerpaných v teoretické části. Tento plán je vytvořený pro interní potřeby autorova projektu. Hlavní důraz je kladen na popis příležitosti a trhu, marketingovou strategii, finanční plán a analýzu trhu, konkurence a rizik.

Abstract:

The goal of this master´s thesis is to create a complex business plan for event agency situated in Prague but targeting not only locals. The business plan was written for internal use of its author to assess the profitability and feasibility of the business idea. The author used several reference literature resources. The actual business plan is to be found in the practical part. The whole structure follows the frame and information researched in the theoretical chapter of the thesis. The main chapters of the plan include the description of market opportunity, marketing strategy, financial plan and analyses of the market, competition and risks.
