Předkládaná práce se zabývá vlastnostmi a syntézou účinných látek s triviálním názvem kanabinoidy, které byly v minulosti intenzivně studovány především pro psychotropní účinky drogy v souvislosti s léčbou neurodegenerativních onemocnění. The presented thesis deals with the properties and synthesis of active substances with the trivial name cannabinoids, which have been intensively studied in the past mainly for the psychotropic effects of the drug in the context of the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases.
