Abstract:
Insolvenční řízení je poměrně široký pojem, jehož zpracování jako celku je značně náročné, ale nikoliv nemožné. V teoreticko-metodologické části práce se proto nevyhýbám žádné oblasti insolvenčního řízení a vše doplňuji praktickými poznámkami a zajímavostmi. Aplikační část práce je tvořena dvěma subkapitolami. “Insolvency proceedings“ is a rather broad term and it is highly demanding to cover it as a whole but not impossible.
