The bachelor thesis deals with costume jewellery, the history of manufacturing decorative items not only in foreign countries, but mostly in the Czech Republic. It discovers the process of the historical birth of jewellery and using decorative items up to nowadays. Téma bakalářské práce se zabývá bižuterii, historii rozvoje výroby ozdob, nejen v zahraničí, ale hlavně v České republice. Zkoumá cestu od historického zrození bižuterie a využití ozdobných předmětů až do dnešních dnů.
