Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce je zjistit rozdíl mezi teorií a současnou praxí při provádění prohlídek. Teoretická část pojednává prostřednictvím odborné literatury a právních pramenů o problematice prohlídky. Praktická část porovnává zjištěné znalosti z teoretické části s výpověďmi respondentů, kteří mají s prohlídkami zkušenosti.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to find out if there is a difference between theory and current practice in conducting forensic examinations. The theoretical part deals with the issue of forensic examination through specialised literature and legal sources.
