V diplomové práci je analyzováno hospodaření krajů České republiky se zaměřením na kraj Jihomoravský a Středočeský. Práce je rozdělena na tři části. The thesis analyses the implementation of the budget in regions in the Czech Republic with the focus on the South Moravian Region and the Central Bohemian Region. The thesis is divided into three sections. The first section defines the theoretical bases of the fiscal federalism and territorial government.
