Parents Liability Torce their Childern Based on Punishment Law Responsibility
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o tématu neplnění vyživovací povinnosti rodičů vůči dětem z trestně právního hlediska. Rozebírá, kdy se toto zanedbání rodičovské povinnosti stává, tak závažným zaviněním, že se z pohledu zákona jedná o trestný čin, za který bude pachatel potrestán.
Abstract:
This bachelor´s study reveals the topic of parents disobeying alimonys responsibility torce their children from the legal punishment point of view.It analyses the fine line where the neglection of parents responsibility becomes such a serious offence, where from the law´s point of view i tis considered as a penalty for which the perpetrator will be punished.
