Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce je věnována komunikaci a marketingové komunikaci a snaží se najít komunikační elementy v marketingové komunikaci. První dvě kapitoly popisují teoretická východiska pro komunikaci a marketingovou komunikaci. Následující kapitoly jsou zaměřeny na popisování propojení mezi komunikací a marketingem v praxi. Pro ilustraci této problematiky je uvedeno několik příkladů, například jak komunikace může ovlivnit celkovou i marketingovou komunikaci - třeba jak zvolené komunikační online nástroje mohou přispět k vytváření korporátní identity, což může ovlivnit jak je tato organizace vnímána okolním světem a jak to může ovlivnit její marketingovou komunikaci.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis is dedicated to the communication and marketing communication and tries to find communication elements in the marketing communication. In the first two chapters the theoretical basics for the communication and marketing communication are described. The following chapters are focused on the practical connection between communication and marketing communication. Several examples are given to illustrate how communication can affect overall and marketing communication. For example how cleverly chosen communication tools can contribute to the corporate identity which influence the way how the organization is seen from the outside world and how this can affect marketing communication.
