Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se věnuje kochleární implantaci s elektro-akustickou stimulací. Popisuje, jaký způsobem může tento typ implantátu ovlivnit porozumění a produkci mluvené řeči u dospělého jedince. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část popisuje příčiny sluchového postižení a jeho dopad na život, komunikační postupy a celý proces kochleární implantace od indikačních kritérií až po rehabilitaci. Praktická část popisuje život jedince se sluchovým postižením ve třech obdobích. Zaměřuje se na počátek jeho potíží, implantaci a rehabilitaci.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on cochlear implantation with electro-acoustic stimulation. It describes how this type of implant can affect the understanding and production of spoken language in an adult. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes causes of hearing impairment and its impact on life, communication procedures and the whole process of cochlear implantation from indication criteria to rehabilitation. The practical part describes the life of a hearing impaired person in three periods. It focuses on the beginning of its difficulties, implantation and rehabilitation.
