Jako téma bakalářské práce jsem si zvolil speciální kondiční a technická přípravu zápasníků. Téma je zpracováno písemnou formou a součástí je DVD příloha. Práce charakterizuje zápas jako sport včetně jeho rozdělení na styly a vyčet stručných pravidel. Definuje pojem kondiční příprava a vhodnost jejího zastoupení v tréninkovém procesu. As the topic of my bachelor’s thesis I chose a special fitness and technical training of wrestlers. The theme is made in writing and includes a DVD attatchment. The thesis describes the wrestling as a sport, including the distribution of styles and concise list of rules.
