Process Analyses of IT-company
Abstract:
The subject of this thesis is process analysis of IT-company and issues related to CMMI certification. In theoretical part, thesis deals with business processes, BPMN 2.0 and CMMI model. Practical part is focused on process analysis of particular IT-company, achievement of CMMI-DEV maturity level 2 and project plan for preparation and certification of CMMI maturity level 3.

Táto diplomová práca sa zaoberá procesnou analýzou IT firmy a následne náležitosťami spojenými s certifikáciou CMMI. V teoretickej časti je podané vysvetlenie firemných procesov, BPMN 2.0 a modelu CMMI.
