Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou „Odškodňování imateriální újmy sekundárních obětí“. V rámci systematiky občanského zákoníku spadají ustanovení vztahující se k tomuto institutu pod náhradu majetkové a nemajetkové újmy. Samotný název pak vypovídá o tom, že práce je zaměřena na sekundární oběti, jejichž nárok na odškodnění újmy je odvozován od osoby odlišné, a to od primárně poškozeného. …more
Abstract:
The diploma thesis focuses on issue of "Compensation of immaterial damage of secondary victims". Within systematic of civil code belong legislative provisions regulating stated institute under compensation of material and non-material damage. The term itself suggests that thesis is focused on secondary victims whose claim is derived from another person, in this case primary victims. Besides analysis …more
