Abstract:

Logistika v dnešním dynamickém světě čelí neustálému tlaku na zefektivňování procesů a snižování nákladů. Společnost CBM Logistik s.r.o. se v tomto ohledu nesmí vymykat. Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na optimalizaci dopravní trasy v CBM Logistik s.r.o. s cílem zkrátit dobu doručení a ušetřit tak peníze i čas. Bakalářská práce navrhuje a implementuje dva pokročilé algoritmy operačního výzkumu pro optimalizaci trasy: modifikovanou Vogelovu aproximační metodu a Clarke-Wrightovu metodu. Tyto metody budou aplikovány na stávající trasu CBM Logistik s.r.o. s cílem nalézt efektivnější alternativy. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na definici klíčových pojmů v oblasti logistiky, dopravy a operačního výzkumu s důrazem na jejich vztah k aktuálně zkoumané problematice. V aplikační části je prezentován konkrétní podnik a provedena optimalizace dopravní trasy. Tento proces využívá modifikovanou Vogelovu aproximační metodu a Clarke-Wrightovu metodu. V důsledku zjištění byla odhalena nová trasa, která povede ke snížení nákladů společnosti na palivo.

Abstract:

In today's dynamic world, logistics faces constant pressure to streamline processes and reduce costs. CBM Logistik s.r.o. is not to be outdone in this respect. This bachelor thesis focuses on the optimization of the transport route at CBM Logistik s.r.o. with the aim of reducing delivery time and thus saving money and time. The bachelor thesis proposes and implements two advanced operations research algorithms for route optimization: the modified Vogel approximation method and the Clarke-Wright method. These methods will be applied to the existing route of CBM Logistik s.r.o. in order to find more efficient alternatives. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the definition of key concepts in the field of logistics, transport and operations research with emphasis on their relationship to the current research problem. In the application part, a specific enterprise is presented and a transport route optimization is performed. This process uses the modified Vogel approximation method and the Clarke-Wright method. As a result of the findings, a new route was discovered that will lead to a reduction in the company's fuel costs.
