Physiotherapy for herniated disc: conservative and post-surgical treatment

Abstract:

hernia can have various causes; with the passing of the years the disk goes, for natural causes, towards aging; but there may also be biomechanical factors which may be the lifting of excessive or incorrect weight, incorrect posture, vertebral lesions or muscular deficits. The aim of the thesis, through the various tools of literature and reference databases, is to analyze and compare the various rehabilitative aspects for conservative or post-surgical treatment of the herniated disc, focusing attention on rehabilitation interventions. physical and postural in order to regress pathology and alleviate / extinguish pain over time. A qualitative and quantitative analysis of the collected research data will be carried out. The results will be specified once the search is complete.

Abstract:

?ernia puň avere svariate cause; con il passare degli anni il disco va, per cause naturali, verso l?invecchiamento; ma possono esserci anche fattori di tipo biomeccanico che possono essere il sollevamento di un peso eccessivo o in modo scorretto, una postura errata, lesioni vertebrali o deficit muscolari. Lo scopo della tesi, tramite i vari strumenti della letteratura e delle banche dati di riferimento, č quello di analizzare e mettere a confronto i vari aspetti riabilitativi per il trattamento conservativo o post chirurgico dell?ernia del disco, concentrando l?attenzione sugli interventi riabilitativi di natura fisica e posturale, in modo da far regredire la patologia e alleviare/estinguere il dolore nel corso del tempo. Verrŕ effettuata un?analisi qualitativa e quantitativa dei dati raccolti della ricerca. I risultati verranno specificati una volta completata la ricerca.
