Diplomová práce je zaměřena na pohledávky statutárního města Zlína a postupy při jejich vymáhání. Teoretická část charakterizuje pohledávky z občanskoprávních vztahů, způsoby jejich zajištění a identifikuje možné způsoby nakládání s pohledávkami včetně postupů při jejich následném vymáhání. The thesis is focused on claims of the statutory city of Zlin and on the procedures of their recovery. The theoretical part describes claims from civil right relationship, the means of their ensuring and identifies possible ways of claims treatment including the procedure of their subsequent enforcement.
