Comparison of declination systems of Russian and Czech masculines and neuter (minding the state in Old Church Slavonic, Belarusian and Bulgarian)

Abstract:

Hlavním cílem této magisterské diplomové práce je srovnání vývoje deklinace ve zkoumaných slovanských jazycích, poukázání na stav ve staroslověnštině, komparace stavu v češtině (západoslovanském jazyce), ruštině a běloruštině (východoslovanských jazycích) a bulharštině (jazyce jihoslovanském). Rovněž si tato práce klade za cíl poukázání na shody a rozdíly z hlediska jazykové synchronie a porovnání s nejstarším spisovným slovanským jazykem.

Abstract:

The main aim of this master's thesis is to compare the development of declension in the studied Slavic languages, pointing to the state in Old Church Slavonic, comparison of the state in Czech (the West Slavic language), Russian and Belarusian (East Slavic languages) and Bulgarian (the South Slavic language). This work also aims to point out the similarities and differences in terms of linguistic synchrony and comparison with the oldest written Slavic language.
