Collaboration platforms in Performing Arts

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se věnuje platformám pro spolupráci a sdružování v oblasti živého umění a opírá se o následující hypotézu: V České republice neexistuje jednotná mezisektorová platforma pro spolupráci v živém umění.První část nastiňuje jednotlivé fáze uměleckého sdružování v různých formách, od jednotlivce po větší platformy. Druhá kapitola popisuje spolupráci z pohledu teorie managementu a věnuje se přidané hodnotě spolupráce a vztahu se vznikem inovací. Na závěr kapitoly je detailně představen model spolupráce penta helix. Poslední část se věnuje reflexi současného stavu sdružovacích platforem v živém umění, které jsou blíže zkoumány na základě modelu penta helix. Vedle českých platforem je dodán příklad i několika platforem zahraničních. Na základě popsané teorie, užšího zkoumání vybraných platforem a odpovědí dotázaných respondentů bude v závěru hypotéza potvrzena, nebo vyvrácena.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the platforms for collaboration and association in performing arts and works with the following hypothesis: There is no unified platform for association across the sectors in performing arts. The first part defines the phases of artistic collaboration in different forms, from an individual to the bigger platforms. The second part defines collaboration in the theory of management, including its added value of the relationship between collaboration and innovations. This part includes a detailed characterization of the Penta helix model. The last part of the thesis determines the current situation of collaboration platforms in performing arts. The platforms are examined in their activities also as in the covering sectors of the Penta helix model. Based on the theoretical part, closer research of the platforms, and interviews of the association representatives, the hypothesis will be confirmed or disapproved.
