The diploma thesis focuses on inventory management in the company Yusen Logistics (Czech) s.r.o. with using the ABC analysis for segmentation supplies. The thesis contains four chapters that follow each other. The first part deals with the theoretical definition of supply, inventory management and ABC analysis.
