Cílem bakalářské práce je seznámení se s biologicky aktivními látkami v rostlinách Manuky. Obsahem je charakterizovat tuto rostlinu z botanického hlediska a zhodnotit její dosavadní využití. Důraz je kladen na její významné obsahové látky a jejich vlastnosti jak z chemických, tak z farmakologických aspektů. Abstract:
The aim of the dissertation is to present biologically active substances contained in Manuka plants. This plant is characterized from the botanic viewpoint and its existing utilization is assessed. The emphasis is laid on important substances contained in it and their properties with respect to both chemical and pharmacologic aspects.
