The Influence of the Core on the Mechanical Behavior of Sandwich Composite Materials

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá vlivem hustoty jádra na mechanické vlastnosti sendvičových konstrukcí. Teoretická část práce obecně seznamuje a podává základní informace o technologiích a materiálech používaných při výrobě sendvičových konstrukcí a taky o možnostech použití těchto materiálů v praxi. Praktická část diplomové práce se zaměřuje na zkoušku tříbodovým ohybem a zkoušku hořlavosti žhavou smyčkou. Závěr práce slouží k zhodnocení naměřených výsledků.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with influence of core density on mechanical properties of sandwich structures. The theoretical part of the thesis generally introduces and provides basic information about the technologies and materials used in the production of sandwich structures and about the possibilities of using these materials in practice. The practical part of the diploma thesis focuses on the three-point bend test and the flammability test with a glowing loop. The conclusion of the thesis serves to evaluate the measured results.
