Tato diplomová práce se zabývá především analýzou současné právní úpravy písemné formy právních jednání v pracovněprávních vztazích, a to včetně formy elektronické. This diploma thesis firstly deals with analysis of current legislation of written form of legal proceedings in labour relations, including the electronic form. In the first part are analysed possible consequences of the non-compliance with the legal form or contractual form in labour relations in comparison with general legislation in the civil code.
