Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, kdy první popisuje základní pojmy, které je potřeba rozeznávat, seznamuje s legislativou a orgány, které vykonávají dohled nad týráním zvířat. This bachelor thesis deals with the problem of dog farming in the Czech republic. The thesis is separated into two parts, where the first one describes the basic concepts, legislation and authorities that supervise animal cruelty.
