The thesis analyzes the Section 2986 of the Civil Code and similar regulations in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The objective of the thesis is to scrutinize these regulations and to determine interpretative difficulties. Táto práca analyzuje ustanovenie § 2986 OZ a obdobnú úpravu v Nemecku, Rakúsku a Švajčiarsku. Cieľom práce je detailné rozobratie týchto úprav a identifikácia interpretačných nejasností. Pri ich riešení sa zameriavam na rozsiahlu rozhodovaciu prax, legislatívu a odbornú literatúru.
