Tato práce se zabývá z pohledu leteckého práva oblastí pouze civilního letectví, v jeho rámci je kladen důraz na balónové létání. Práce se postupně zabývá problematikou pramenů práva, které mají k civilnímu letectví v ČR vztah nejužší. Zde je zejména upozorněno na problematiku leteckých předpisů. Je řešen právní status balónu. The topic of the thesis must have been reduced to only few aspects due to the extent of the research phenomena. Therfore the choice of concentration made by the author is on a civil aviation especially ballooning. At first, the thesis deals with the formal sources of law.
