Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá všeobecnou hodnotou nájmu budov. Cieľom bakalárskej práce je stanoviť metódy a postupy nájmu budov a urobiť analýzu jednotlivých metód. Bakalárska práca pozostáva z teoretickej a praktickej časti.
