Administrative Body as an Interpret of Law
Abstract:
Tématem této diplomové práce je právní orgán jakožto interpret práva. Cílem je prozkoumat postavení správního orgánu jako subjektu interpretace práva. A to jak z pohledu teoretického, tak i praktického, čehož by měla práce dosáhnout rozborem judikatury týkající se zejména interpretace práva správním orgánem, ve světle interních normativních aktů.
Abstract:
The topic of this thesis is interpretation of law by administrative authority. Objective is to examine position of administrative authority as a subject of law interpretation. Both theoretically as well as practically, with the practical aspect being fulfilled by analysing case law connected mostly with law interpretation in conformity with internal normative acts.
