Evaluation of the economic development and proposal of the financial strategy of the company CRS Marketing, s.r.o.

Abstract:

Cílem práce je zhodnotit ekonomický vývoj a navrhnout finanční strategii obchodní společnosti CRS Marketing, s.r.o. na základě využití nástrojů finanční analýzy. První část práce tvoří teoretický základ, ve kterém jsou popsány zdroje dat a jednotlivé metody, na kterých je finanční analýza postavena. Druhá část práce obsahuje již samotnou analýzu, která se skládá ze strukturální a trendové analýzy rozvahy a výkazu zisků a ztrát, analýzy pracovního kapitálu a analýzy finanční výkonnosti podniku. Do vyhodnocení finanční výkonosti je zahrnuta analýza poměrových ukazatelů, výpočet ekonomického zisku a rozklad Du Pont. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty silné a slabé stránky spolu s vysvětlením příčin těchto slabých stránek. V návaznosti na slabé stránky jsou zde následně navržena doporučení k vylepšení finanční strategie. Z výsledků finanční analýzy vyplývá, že je firma finančně stabilní a poměrně rentabilní, problémem je ale její nízká aktivita.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the economic development and to propose a financial strategy of the business company CRS Marketing, s.r.o. based on the use of financial analysis tools. The first part of the thesis consists of the theoretical basis, in which the sources of data and the methods on which financial analysis is based are described. The second part of the thesis contains the analysis itself, which consists of structural and trend analysis of the balance sheet and income statement, working capital analysis and analysis of the financial performance of the company. The financial performance evaluation includes ratio analysis, economic profit calculation and Du Pont analysis. The paper concludes with a summary of strengths and weaknesses along with an explanation of the causes of these weaknesses. Following the weaknesses, recommendations are then proposed to improve the financial strategy. The results of the financial analysis show that the company is financially stable and relatively profitable, but the problem is its low activity level.
