The Patriarchy and Sexualized Violence
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vztahem mezi patriarchálním nastavením naší společnosti a sexualizovaným násilím, zejména ve formě sexuálního obtěžování. Dále se také zaměřuje na mýty, instituce a struktury, které ve společnosti sexualizované násilí pomáhají bagatelizovat, ospravedlňovat či dokonce přímo podporovat.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis focuses on the relationship between the patriarchal character of our society and sexualized violence, mostly in the form of sexual harassment. Furthermore it follows up myths, institutions and structures, which aid in downplaying, legitimizing or even supporting sexualized violence.
