Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem „Finanční a nefinanční cíle firmy Rodinného pivovaru BERNARD a. s.“ Hlavním cílem je zjištění a popis finančních a nefinančních cílů společnosti, jejich vzájemná souvislost a zjištění finanční stability Rodinného pivovaru BERNARD a. s. První část práce obsahuje literární rešerši a vychází z dostupné odborné literatury a dalších zdrojů vztahujících se k tomuto tématu. Ve druhé části diplomové práce je představena společnost a její charakteristika a dále jsou zde analyzovány stanovené výzkumné otázky, které souvisí s hlavním cílem práce. Závěr práce shrnuje zjištěné výsledky a obsahuje návrhy opatření ke zlepšení.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the topic "Financial and non-financial goals of the company Rodinný pivovar BERNARD a. s." The main goal is to determine and describe the company's financial and non-financial goals, their mutual relationship and to determine the financial stability of the Rodinný pivovar Bernard a. s. The first part of the thesis contains a literature search and is based on available professional literature and other sources related to this topic. The second part of the diploma thesis presents the company and its characteristics, and further analyzes the research questions that are related to the main goal of the thesis. The conclusion summarizes the results and contains suggestions for measures to improve.
