Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou pracovního stresu a syndromu vyhoření u zaměstnanců veřejné správy s ohledem na rozdíly mezi jednotlivými generacemi. Cílem práce bylo identifikovat hlavní příčiny pracovního stresu, zhodnotit jejich dopad na profesní i osobní život pracovníků a navrhnout možná preventivní opatření. Pro naplnění cíle práce byla využita kvantitativní výzkumná metoda, konkrétně anonymní dotazníkové šetření mezi zaměstnanci veřejné správy v Jihomoravském kraji a Kraji Vysočina, kterého se zúčastnilo 181 respondentů. Výsledky byly analyzovány a prezentovány pomocí grafů a tabulek a chí-kvadrát testu nezávislosti. Výzkum ukázal, že pracovní stres je mezi úředníky veřejné správy vnímán jako závažný problém, který negativně ovlivňuje jejich profesní i soukromý život. Nejčastějšími stresory byly vysoká pracovní zátěž, nízká motivace, nedostatek smysluplnosti práce a konflikty na pracovišti. Přínosem práce je návrh konkrétních opatření, která mohou přispět k prevenci těchto jevů a zlepšení pracovního klimatu. Limitací práce je nízké zastoupení respondentů z Generace Z a Baby Boomers, což omezuje možnost zobecnění výsledků na celou populaci těchto generací ve veřejné správě.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of work stress and burnout syndrome in public administration employees with regard to the differences between different generations. The aim of the thesis was to identify the main causes of work stress, to evaluate their impact on the professional and personal life of employees and to suggest possible preventive measures. In order to fulfil the aim of the thesis, a quantitative research method was used, namely an anonymous questionnaire survey among public administration employees in the South Moravian Region and the Vysočina Region, which was attended by 181 respondents. The results were analysed and presented using graphs and tables and chi-square test of independence. The research showed that work stress is perceived as a serious problem among public administration officials, which negatively affects their professional and private life. The most common stressors were high workload, low motivation, lack of meaningfulness in work and workplace conflicts. The contribution of the paper is the suggestion of concrete measures that can contribute to the prevention of these phenomena and the improvement of the working climate. A limitation of the work is the low representation of Generation Z and Baby Boomers respondents, which limits the ability to generalize the results to the entire population of these generations in public administration.
