Abstract:
Bakalářská práce Srovnání produkčního cyklu Slováckého roku a Kyjovských letních slavností pojednává o organizaci obou eventů s ohledem na jejich produkční cyklus, personální zajištění, propagační a finanční stránku. Zhodnotíme úroveň produkčního cyklu obou eventů podle norem projektového řízení a navrhneme možné postupy pro zlepšení organizace.
Abstract:
This bachelor's thesis, Comparison of the Production Cycle of the Slovácký Rok and the Kyjovské Letní Slavnosti, deals with the organization of both events. It describes their production cycle, staffing, publicity, and finances. We will look at how much of these two festivals’ organisation follows the typical norms of project management.
