Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá adaptačním procesem v intenzívní medicíně, problémy a úskalími, které ho provázejí. Značná část práce se zabývá osobností mentora a jeho vlastnostmi. Výzkumné šetření je založeno na kvalitativním výzkumu, který byl proveden formou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Abstract:
The diploma thesis focuses on the adaptation process in intensive care and on the problems and difficulties accompanying it. The major part of the work is preoccupied with the personality of a mentor and his character features.
