Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá popisem jednotlivých typů speciálních kontaktních čoček a jejich indikační škály. Úvodní část se zaměřuje na historické ukotvení kontaktních čoček a popis jednotlivých materiálů pro jejich výrobu. Následně jsou přiblíženy jednotlivé typy kontaktních čoček a je věnována pozornost jejich terapeutickému, diagnostickému, kosmetickému a protetickému významu, včetně sledování aktuální problematiky progrese myopie. Závěrem jsou uvedeny chytré kontaktní čočky, jejichž zástupci se však prolínají celou prací a reflektují tak novinky z kontaktologie posledních let.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the description of different types of special contact lenses and their indication range. The introductory part focuses on the historical background of contact lenses and description of different materials for their production. Thereafter, the different types of contact lenses are introduced and attention is paid to their therapeutic, diagnostic, cosmetic and prosthetic significance, including the observation of the current issue of myopia progression. Finally, smart contact lenses are introduced, but their representatives are interspersed throughout the work, reflecting the innovations in contact lens technology of recent years.
