Abstract:
Práce pojednává o životu a díle Aurelia Augustina. Zahrnuje dobový a myšlenkový kontext. V práci je soustředěna pozornost na Augustinovu reflexi pohanství v jeho díle O obci Boží, konkrétně knihy I.- X. Je zde nastíněn Augustinův vztah k pohanskému náboženství a filosofii, konkrétně platonismu.
Abstract:
The work deals about life and work of Aurelius Augustinus. Includes historical and intellectual context. The work is focused on Augustinus's reflexion of paganism in his work Of the City of God, especially I. - X. books. The work shows Augustinus's relationship to paganism and his philosophy, especially platonism.
