Tato bakalářská práce podává obecný přehled o možnostech vyšetřování glomerulární filtrace a diagnostice renálních onemocnění. První část práce představuje seznámení s teorií týkající se anatomie, fyziologie a patologie ledvin a metodikou vyšetřování glomerulární filtrace. This thesis report on general knowledge about posibilities of the examination of glomerular filtration and the diagnostics of renal diseases. The first part introduces an explanation of the theory of anatomy, phisiology and pathology of kidneys and the motology of the examination of glomerular filtration.
