Lifelong learning of the Czech Republic police members

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá celoživotním vzděláváním příslušníků Policie České republiky. Cílem práce bylo zjistit motivaci, možnosti a názory policistů na celoživotní vzdělávání a jejich náhled na profesní obory vzdělávání. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do čtyř částí. V první části vymezuji teoretické základy celoživotního vzdělávání, oboru, který se celoživotním vzděláním zabývá, tedy andragogikou. Druhá část popisuje specifika vzdělávání dospělých a koncepcí celoživotního vzdělávání u Policie České republiky. Ve třetí části popisuji systém organizace, fungování a současný vnitřní stav u Policie.Ve čtvrté části jsem pomocí dotazníkového šetření a ohniskové skupiny zmapoval a zanalyzoval názory policistů Správy Jihočeského kraje na celoživotní vzdělávání, jejich motivaci a možnosti ke studiu. Empirická část navazuje na část teoretickou nejprve předpoklady výzkumu, poté popisuje metody výzkumu, podmínky provedení a subjekty. Dále se věnuje vyhodnocení a výsledkům výzkumu. V závěru celé diplomové práce jsou shrnuty výsledky výzkumu spolu s úvahou nad jeho možným praktickým využitím.

Abstract:

The dissertation occupy with lifelong learning of members of the Czech Republic Police. The target of my work was find out the motivation, the possibilities and the opinions of the policemen on lifelong learning and theirs view on the profession sections of learning. My dissertation is devided into four parts. In the first one I specify theoretically principles of the lifelong learning, the section, which deals with lifelong learning, andragogic. The second part describe the specifics of the education of adults and the conceptions of the lifelong learning provided by the Police of the Czech Republic. In the third one I report the system of organization, operation and the present internal condition by the Police. And in the last part by virtue of the questionnaire investigation and focal group I charted and analysed the opinions of the policemen of the goverment of the South Bohemian region on lifelong learning, theirs motivation and possibilities for studying. The practical part starts with premises of the research, then describes methods, conditions and subjects of the research, deals with analysis and results of the research. In the end of the diploma thesis is situated a summary of the research results combined with consideration of its practical advantage.
