Abstract:
V bakalářské práci byly vymezeny základní právní pojmy týkající se stavebního řízení. Byly rovněž popsány základní principy a postupy při povolování staveb, a to především ve vztahu k vydání nového stavebního zákona č. 183/2006 Sb. Pro ilustraci byl blíže popsán konkrétní případ týkající se stavby běžného rodinného domu.
Abstract:
In this bachelor thesis had been defined fundamental legal concepts relating to construction proceeding. There had been also described fundamental principles and procedures in the permitting procedure, especially in relation to the new Building Act no.183/2006 Coll. As an illustration there had been described the eventuality regarding to the construction of new one-family house.
