Cílem práce je ukázat, jak nový zákon o spotřebitelském úvěru změnil hypoteční úvěry v České republice a zda to mělo dopad na reálná data. Práce se zabývá problematikou hypotečních úvěrů ve vztahu ke změnám v legislativě koncem roku 2016. The goal of the diploma thesis is to show influence of the new Consumer Credit Law on mortgages in Czech Republic and its effect on real data. The thesis is dealing with issues of mortgages, shows types of mortgages and the possibility of repaid. Description of making deal between bank and client is written in next part of thesis.
