Abstract:

Bakalářská práce „Vývoj srbsko-albánských vztahů po roce 2008 ze srbské perspektivy se zaměřením na konflikt v Kosovu“ se věnuje komplexnímu pochopení daného konfliktu. A to ve všech směrech. Jedná se o vlivy historické, náboženské i politické a v neposlední řadě i aspekt místní etnicity. Práce rozebírá vývoj vztahů mezi předmětnými národy, a to již od dob přistěhování jižních Slovanů na Balkán až po dobu současnou. Kromě zmíněných témat se práce zabývá současnou situací, ruským vlivem na Balkánu, náboženstvím etnik a jeho proměnou v čase, postupem a vývojem dialogu mezi subjekty konfliktu atd. V současné době, kdy Rusko vede agresivní válku na Ukrajině se práce zabývá i regionální politikou, a tedy vztahem Srbska vůči Ruské federaci, který je pro Západ a Evropskou unii velmi důležitý z důvodu zachování politické stability v Evropě. Situace na Balkáně se dlouhodobě zhoršuje a s příchodem války napětí stoupá. Bakalářská práce se ve své výzkumné části zabývá případovou studií, kdy jde o nastínění tří scénářů možného vývoje s perspektivou 15 let. Jedná se o pesimistický, pozitivní a neutrální možný vývoj situace, jenž by mohl být v budoucích letech aplikován, ale také by mohl naznačit vývoj vztahů mezi danými subjekty. Celkové vytvoření bakalářské práce se uskutečnilo po zpracování teoretické části, která se skládá právě z historie daného území a jeho národů, jež mi pomohla hlouběji nahlédnout do probíhajícího konfliktu a pochopit jeho kořeny.

Abstract:

The Bachelor thesis The Development of the Serbian-Albanian Relationships after the year 2008 from the serbian perspective with an accent on the conflict in Kosovo deals with the complex understanding of the conflict in every way. We talk about historic, religious, political and last but not least the aspect of the local ethnicity. The Bachelor thesis analyses the development among the concerned nations, since the moving of the southern Slavs to the Balkans up to now. Apart from the aforementioned themes the Bachelor thesis deals with the contemporary situation, Russian influence on the Balkans, religion of the ethnics and its change in time, advance and development of the dialogue among the subjects of the conflict etc. Nowadays, when Russia leads its aggressive war in Ukraine the Bachelor thesis also deals with the regional politics, and so the relationship of the Serbia towards Russia, which is for the West and European Union very important because of the preservation of the political stability in Europe. The situation in Balkans is getting worse and with the outbreak of the Russia-Ukraine war the tension is also growing. The Bachelor thesis deals with a case study in its research part, that relates to the three scenarios of the potential development with the perspective of 15 years. Its about pessimistic, positive and neutral development of the situation possible, which can be applied in the years to come, however it can also imply the development of the relationships among concerned subjects. Overall making of the Bachelor thesis has been realized after the making of the theoretical part, which just consists of the history of the concerned territory and its nations, that helped me to look deeper in the ongoing conflict and understand its roots.
