The use of corrective measures in the context of social and legal protection of children

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce nese název Využívání výchovných opatření v rámci sociálně-právní ochrany dětí. Cílem práce je zmapovat využívání výchovných opatření v rámci sociálně-právní ochrany dětí. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část výzkumnou. Teoretická část vychází ze studia literatury a je rozdělena do tří kapitol. V první kapitole se zabývám tématu rodiny, charakterizuji typologii a funkce rodiny a věnuji se popisu rodin, na které se vztahují výchovná opatření. V druhé kapitole se věnuji obecně sociálně-právní ochraně dětí. V následující kapitole se blíže věnuji výchovným opatřením. Ve výzkumné části je pomocí kvalitativní výzkumné strategie cílem zjistit, jakou mají zkušenost sociální pracovníci OSPOD s využíváním výchovných opatření. Data pro výzkumnou část jsou získaná metodami polostrukturovaného rozhovoru a analýzy dokumentů.

Abstract:

This thesis is entitled The use of corrective measures in the context of social and legal protection of children. The aim of thesis is to map the use of corrective measures in the context of social and legal protection of children. The work is divided into theoretical and research parts. The theoretical part is based on the study of literature and is divided into three chapters. In the first chapter, I focus on the topic of the family, characterize the family typology and functions and describe the families to which the corrective measures apply. In the second chapter, I concentrate on social and legal protection of children in general. In the following chapter, I focus more on corrective measures. In the research part, the qualitative research strategy aims to find out what social workers of authority of social and legal protection of children have experience with the use of corrective measures. Data for the research are obtained by the methods of the semi-structured interview and document analysis.
