Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá aplikací metody Balanced Scorecard ve společnosti KBJ VELKOOBCHODY s.r.o. Cílem této práce je definování strategie podniku. Rešerše literatury představuje systémem Balanced Scorecard a jeho hlavní přínosy. Práce je nadále dělena na dvě části, na metodický aparát a praktickou část. V metodickém aparátu jsou popsány metody, pomocí nichž je možné odpovědět na stanovenou výzkumnou otázku „Jakým způsobem je možné explicitně vyjádřit strategii podniku?“. Praktická část zahrnuje detailní seznámení s podnikem, znázornění podnikatelského modelu, strategickou analýzu vnějšího i vnitřního prostředí včetně finanční diagnostiky vyúsťující do matice SWOT. Strategie podniku je vyjádřena pomocí čtyř perspektiv. Hlavním přínosem práce je nastavení strategického řízení podniku vedoucí k vyjádřené strategii, vizi a poslání. Kauzální vztahy mezi stanovenými cíli znázorňuje strategická mapa.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the application of the Balanced Scorecard method in KBJ VELKOOBCHODY s.r.o. The aim of this thesis is to define the company strategy. Literature review introduces Balanced Scorecard and its main benefits. The thesis is divided into two parts, the methodical apparatus and the practical part. The methodological apparatus describes the methods by which it is possible to answer the given research question "How is it possible to express the company strategy explicitly?". The practical part includes detailed introduction to the company, representation of the business model, strategic analysis of the external and internal environment, including financial diagnostics resulting in the SWOT analysis. The company's strategy is expressed in four perspectives. The main benefit of this work is the setting of strategic management of the company leading to the expressed strategy, vision and mission. The strategic map illustrates the causal relationship between the stated goals.
